WP Majestic LLC is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.

Refund Eligibility:

• Customers generally have 14 days to request a refund for unsatisfactory services.
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Website Development:

• For large projects requiring custom website development, a non-refundable 1/3 deposit is required upfront.

Exceptions:

• Our Managed WordPress Hosting service is generally non-refundable. However, there is a 14-day grace period where customers can receive a refund.
